Pricing:
Prices are in Australian Dollars.
Payment:
The online shopping cart uses PayPal as a transactional gateway.
You do not have to have a PayPal account, you can checkout as a guest and also use a Credit Card.
Contact us for alternative payment options should this not be available to you.
Delivery:
Delivery is with Australia Post. Items are packaged and posted as soon as possible after purchase. Please understand Australia Post is currently
experience some delays due to Covid-19.
Meditation Downloads - Your Meditation link will be forwarded by email upon payment TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT EMAIL.
If you use PayPal as a guest the Meditation will be sent to the email you quote at the time of purchase.
Please check your junk folder if it does not arrive promptly, and email me should you not see anything by the next day.
Refunds and Returns:
We, at Codes of Transition take the utmost care in the appropriate preparation and packaging of all products
physically sent by Australia Post. Items may have tracking added, where possible,
so that items will be able to be traced through the postal system.
Australia Post tracking numbers will be sent in an additional email, after the time of posting.
Refunds will only be offered for non delivery of any purchases as per the tracking on
Australia Posts website after a period of 120 days.
Refunds are only available if the downloads are not received.
Please check all possible folders, including Spam folders.
No refund will be available due to technical difficulties or disappointment.
Any refunds will be at our discretion.
Refund requests can be emailed to codes.of@gmail.com.
Please include your name, address, order number, phone and email address, as well as the reason for the requested refund.

We use Google Analytics to track website traffic as well as utilising Facebook tracking tools on our Facebook and Instagram pages,
